In making plans for holidays it is inevitable to consider what the next year will bring. Everyone at least considers what they could or would like to do better, right?
This year is going to be different we are going to LOOSE WEIGHT, GET IN SHAPE, LIVE HEALTHIER…. and so on. These are all great intentions but by mid February we are struggling with the things that always crop up and steel our zest to stay on our path, soon we deviate a little then a lot….

As a wife, mom, and business women I have multiple task in life on a daily basis. I have four children, a husband, and a large extended family. Life can be pretty stressful on MOST days.
