As a wife, mom, and business women I have multiple task in life on a daily basis. I have four children, a husband, and a large extended family. Life can be pretty stressful on MOST days. My husband experiences high stress as well because of the multi tasking required of him each day. Soon, both of us recognized the consequences of NOT MANAGING our stress on a daily basis. Headaches, chronic fatigue, high cholesterol, and of course stroke and heart attack are all related to stress.

Most of us are aware that our lifestyle contributes to the stress we experience; however we are NOT aware of the various ways we contribute to our stress by missing meals, not getting enough rest, or simply not taking vitamins on a daily basis. Stress management is key to a healthy life and so is taking vitamins. Nutrient deficiencies are to blame for many ailments and diseases that we experience; even poor decision making can be directly linked to nutrient deficiency. People who are considered to be healthy through diet and exercise often find themselves experiencing high stress and illnesses as well. But the truth is that it’s a big challenge to get the vitamins and nutrients needed from our fruits and vegetables these days. We are rotating the soil so fast, picking veggies before they are ripe, and spraying them with pesticides. No wonder we can’t balance our stress throughout the day, we start our day stressed out already when we wake up.

I have found the best stress management tool for my entire family to be one of taking vitamins and supplements taken in the AM and PM hours. Natural nutritional supplements that lower cholesterol and hypertension can help manage stress and keep you balanced! It has provided us with the most effective way to handle daily stress and kept our family healthy, even in stressful times!

Life doesn’t have to stress you out. You can find balance and peace of mind! Allow me to show you how we did it. Call 888-414-WELL (9355) to hear more about stress management through nutrients!

Re: Stress is Directly related to Nutrient Deficiency!

What a wonderful article, I’m going to talk about the value of vitamins and supplements as it relates to stress in my anger management program.
