In making plans for holidays it is inevitable to consider what the next year will bring. Everyone at least considers what they could or would like to do better, right?
This year is going to be different we are going to LOOSE WEIGHT, GET IN SHAPE, LIVE HEALTHIER…. and so on. These are all great intentions but by mid February we are struggling with the things that always crop up and steel our zest to stay on our path, soon we deviate a little then a lot….
I think it’s in our greater good to consider how we can keep our plan in place before we make the commitments for the New Year. It’s sort of like making a list before you hit the grocery store. Living healthy can be a challenge for a busy person or family if you DON’T have a plan in place to stick to the plan. So what makes living healthy really work? Personally I believe that it takes living healthy everyday. It has to make sense and it has to be a part of what you do on a daily basis. Your family can be healthier when it’s a part of their day to day activity.
I have a few suggestions that will make a difference for you in the upcoming year!
• Start with the desire to live healthy everyday, not on and off on weekends
• The plan has to integrate into the daily regimen, not shopping in places that are hard to get to or too expensive.
• Switching stores, shopping for better products, chemical free, toxic free…
• Keep it simple bring home things for the family, healthier snacks, cereals….
• Healthy eating, cleaning and living everyday based on what you choose to have in the home
As a busy working mom I love the way the www.Healthy-US.com has integrated daily health into my home. It just feels better and simpler to be able to know where, when and how to stay on the plan everyday of the year. You can live healthy, get in shape and loose the weight that you want by keeping it simple.
Happy New Year!
